RESIDENCE BEPI MALUGIÒ
Inquiries and accommodation reservations are received electronically, in writing or in person. When creating a request for accommodation reservation, the Guest confirms that he is familiar with the above General Terms and Conditions, which he has previously carefully studied, and that he fully accepts them. Everything stated in these General Terms and Conditions is a legal obligation for both the Guest and the Renter.
The guest is obliged to provide all the information required by the booking process.
Reservations are accepted upon receipt of a confirmation advance payment of 30% of the total amount of stay for stays longer than 4 nights.
For stays of up to 4 nights, reservations are accepted upon receipt of the total amount of the stay.
The costs of the sending bank and the receiving bank shall be borne by the Guest in full.
In case of cancellation four weeks before the stay or less, we retain the amount of the down payment.
In case the accomodation is not used or is used only partially due to the absence, delay or earlier departure of one or more Guests, the total price of the stay is paid in full.
Guests are kindly requested to pay the remaining amount of the reservation
- in cash, on the spot, no later than two days after arrival at the accommodation or
- by bank transaction, no later than 7 days before arrival at the accommodation
We are not eligible for credit card payments.
The price of the accommodation service includes the basic service as described in the price list of the booked accommodation unit. The amount of the obligatory surcharge is presented to the Guest on the specification of the calculation of the total amount of the reservation during the process of creating the reservation. Optional additional services are those services that are not included in the basic price and are available with prior notice and additional payment; as such are to be paid by the Guest to the service provider along with the reservation amount in accordance with payment instructions specified in the Renter's offer. The guest is obliged to request additional or special services when booking accommodation. When booking private accommodation, the price usually includes the consumption of electricity, water, bed linen, final cleaning, one-time registration, city tax, and all additional services that are listed as such in accomodation descriptions.
Prices of services are published in EUR. For payments in HRK, the official middle exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank valid on the day of payment is used.
The Renter reserves the right to change the published prices. To the guest who has paid the advance or the entire amount of the reservation, the Renter guarantees the price of accommodation, stated in the calculation based on which he made the payment.
The offered accommodation units are described according to the official categorization of the competent institution, as well as on the basis of insight into the actual state of accommodation at the time of publication. Accomodation, food, services and similar standards can vary in different places and countries and are not comparable. Parking space is provided if the Renter has one parking space available for each accommodation unit within the building or its vicinity. Secured parking does not mean that it must be located in the yard of the building, in a guarded, fenced or covered place.
Animals are not allowed.
The Guest is obliged to:
In case of non-compliance with the stated obligations, the Guest bears the costs and is responsible for the damage. By confirming the reservation, the Guest undertakes that, if he causes any damage, these will be paid to the Renter on the spot.
The Guest is obliged to send to the Renter any change or cancellation of the reservation in writing form (e-mail) so that the Renter can be able to process the request. It is not possible to change or cancel a reservation by phone. In case of cancellation of the confirmed reservation, the date of receipt of the written cancellation is the basis for the calculation of costs. In case of cancellation of the confirmed accommodation reservation, the following costs will be charged:
If according to the Terms of cancellation of the reservation the Guest is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, the Renter undertakes to effect a refund within 10 working days.
The Guest is obliged to take care of their belongings brought into the accommodation. The guest is responsible for the theft, loss or damage of items left without his supervision. The Renter is not responsible for damaged, stolen or lost luggage, as well as for theft of luggage or valuables in the accommodation facility. The Guest is obliged to report the lost luggage or theft to the Renter and to the competent police station.
The Renter reserves the right to change the reservation if extraordinary circumstances occur that cannot be foreseen, avoided or eliminated. In case of inability to adequately replace the paid accommodation, the Renter reserves the right to cancel the reservation with prior notice to the Guest 7 days before arrival, and guarantees a refund of the full amount paid; the Guest is not entitled to claim damages from the Renter. The Renter is obliged to refund exclusively the amount paid to the Renter's account.
The Guest is obliged to cooperate with the Renter in good faith to eliminate the causes of the complaint. A Guest who leaves the facility and finds other accommodation on his own initiative due to dissatisfaction with the current condition of the booked accommodation, without giving the Renter the opportunity to eliminate the cause of his dissatisfaction, has no right to demand a refund or a lawsuit for damages. The Renter cannot be held responsible for possible climatic conditions, cleanliness and sea temperatures, and all other similar situations and events that may cause dissatisfaction of the Guest, and are not directly related to the quality of the booked accommodation unit (eg. bad weather, bad beaches, crowds, theft or damage to property, etc.).
Wi Fi Network Use Terms:
The Guest gives his personal data to the Renter voluntarily. Personal data of the Guest are required in the process of realization of the requested service. It will also be used to communicate with the Guest. The Renter undertakes not to give the Guest’s personal data to a third party, except for the purpose of realization of the requested service.
By confirming the reservation, paying the advance or the total amount of the reservation, the Guest confirms his consent to the above conditions.
If any provision contained in these General Terms and Conditions is ineffective, the validity of the other provisions will not be affected.
The Guest and the Renter undertake to try to resolve any disputes in the application of this Agreement amicably, while otherwise they are subject to the decision of the competent court in Šibenik, with the applicable Croatian law and the Croatian text of these general terms.
