Cancellation / Prepayment policy:

Reservations are valid after receiving the confirmation advance of 30% of the total value of stay (without beneficiary expenses), for the stay longer than 4 nights.
In case of stay up to 4 nights, the reservations are valid after receiving the total value of stay. In case of cancelling the stay four weeks or less before its beginning, we shall keep the amount of the advance.
In case of no use of the apartment/room or only partial use because of no arrival or late or earlier departure of one or more guests, the total price of the stay shall be completely charged.

We please our guests to pay the stay until the second day after the arrival.

No age restriction

There is no age requirement for check-in

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in accommodations, allowed only on balconies.

Parties

Parties/events are not allowed.

Quiet hours

Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.
